My IVA has been running for the last 4 years with no problems but now need to apply for security clearance as part of my job. I'm worried about applying for it in case I don't get the clearance due to my IVA.

Hi Orinoco,
An IVA should typically not be a problem with most occupations (including the tri-forces) It would be worthwhile checking your employment contract and/or having a confidential chat with your HR Department though to make sure.
